	9 school years ago, students at at Proviso East High School in Maywood, Illinois USA, created a website on the 192nd Tank Battalion which fought on Bataan in the Philippine Islands. Many of the members of B Company were former students of our high school. Most would die as Japanese POWs.
	Launched in June 2007, this website was designed to present current news about the 26 Battalion Association, provide an historical collection of its activities and honour former soldiers of the 26 Battalion from the Australian Infantry Forces (AIF).
